    • Add any specific pick up instructions that you want the driver to follow.
    • Authorize the driver to pick your items.

    Note: Kindly ensure that each of the items weighs no more than 50 pounds.

  • Is there any maximum distance for deliveries?

    Deleezy charges are based on the total kilometers as calculated by Google Maps. There is no limitation on the distance between pick up and drop off locations.

  • Which items are excluded from the service and cannot be delivered?

    People,
    Recreational Cannabis,
    Alcohol,
    Animals,
    Very Fragile (Delicate) items,
    Very Expensive or Rare items,
    Illegal Items,
    Dangerous goods such as,
    - Explosives.
    - Firearms.
    - Flammables
    - Dangerous Chemicals
    - Stolen property,
    Items that you do not have permission to send.

  • How can I confirm the identity of the driver upon pick up?

    When the driver accepts your order his profile with his picture will be available to you in the App.

  • What is “Store-to-Door” service and when should I use it?

    “Store-to-Door” service refers to the deliveries that needs to be picked up from retail outlets. The input fields in the App are designed to capture the relevant information such as the Store name and your purchase receipt from the store. Please use this option for all your purchase pick up deliveries.

  • What is “Door-to-Door” service and when should I use it?

    “Door-to-Door” service refers to the deliveries that are not related to any purchases from retail outlets and merely involves moving your items from Point A to Point B. The input fields in the App are designed to capture the relevant information such as the pickup/drop off contact information and a photo of the items to be delivered. Please use this option for all your delivery needs that do not involve retail outlets.

  • Can I schedule a delivery in advance?

    Yes. Deleezy App is designed to give you piece of mind.
    No need for reminder sticky notes, you can schedule all your errands for up to one month in advance. You will also be notified 3 hours prior to the time of your predate booking to avoid any cancellation fees if you were to cancel the order.

  • Can I order pick up from multiple locations?

    Yes. You can request up to 3 pickups from different location in one single order.
    This option is particularly designed to give you more convenience and more savings in delivery fees.

  • Can I order both “Store-to-Door” and “Door-to-Door) in multiple pick up order?

    Yes, the system allows you to place a Store-To-Door order and then further allows you to book another Door-To-Door order for the same drop off destination.

  • Can I order pick up from one location and drop off in multiple locations?

    You are allowed one drop off per order. You will have to place multiple orders for multiple drop off locations.

  • How many items can I order in a single order?

    There is no limitation on items. Please make sure that you meet the following conditions:
    a. Excluded items
    b. Items must not weigh more than 50lbs
    c. Items must fit in the car

  • How can I choose the most suitable package size for my items?

    Small items which can fit in the glove box of the car.
    Medium items which can fit in the front or back seat of the car.
    Large / Extra-large items which can fit in the trunk of the car.

  • How can I choose the most suitable Category for my items?

    Please review the category and provide more details if the category is not listed.

  • Why do I need to attach copy of my purchases receipt?

    It is important to attach the copy of the purchase receipt so that it is convenient for the driver to make sure that he is picking up the correct item and to prevent any inconvenience or further fees.
    It can also be used as a confirmation for the store.

  • I would like to send an order however I do not have someone to receive the order at the delivery location.

    Yes, you can send items with no contact information for the drop off location. Simply mention that there is no contact information for the drop off location and please give instructions as to where the item should be dropped off.

  • I requested “signature upon delivery”, what will happen if there is no person to sign in the delivery location?

    Every effort and steps will be taken to contact the person at the drop off location. If the person is not reachable the driver will contact the customer who place the order, if the customer is not reachable then the item will be taken back to the customer on the customers expense.

  • I changed my mind and do not need “signature upon delivery”, how can I update my order?

    You need to contact Customer Support to update your order.

  • What is the maximum allowable weight/size of the items that can be delivered in an order?

    Item must not exceed more than 50lbs.

  • When can I track the live location of my order?

    When the driver accepts the trip, you can then track your order through the App.

  • How frequent does the system update the live location of the driver?

    Every 30 seconds

  • How can I confirm that my delivery order is completed successfully?

    When a driver delivers your item and completes your order a message will be sent to the customer who placed the order and to the person who received the item.

  • My items are not picked up, can I cancel my order?

    Yes, you can cancel your order any time before pickup.

  • My items are picked, can I still cancel my order?

    Yes, some charges will apply. Please contact Customer Support.

  • I cancelled my order after pickup, what is going to happen to my items?

    Once your order has been picked up and you decide to cancel the order you must contact Customer Support.

  • I ordered multiple pick up and I want to cancel one of the pickup locations?

    Please contact Customer Support. Customer Support will assess the eligibility of your request and determine the refund.

  • My items are picked up, but I need to change the drop off location.

    Please contact Customer Support. Customer Support will assess the eligibility of your request and determine the refund.

  • What is the cancellation policy?

    If you cancel your order, you may be charged depending on what stage the order was in when you cancelled. There will be no cancellation charge if the order is canceled prior to pick-up. Once the order is picked up the cancellation charge will apply.

  • WHAT IS CONTACTLESS PICKUP?

    Due to COVID-19, Deleezy offers contactless pick up for the safety of our customer and drivers. Please leave your items in a visible and secure location and provide clear pick up instructions for the driver

  • My package has arrived damaged.

    Drivers will be taking pictures of the item/parcel at the pickup and drop off. Pictures take will be of the package and not the items inside it. Driver will vigilantly deliver your parcel in the manner it was picked up. Please refrain from sending any fragile items.

  • How can I get a quick quote?

    For your ultimate convenience please use our App for the accurate price.

  • My courier does not appear to be moving?

    This could be for many reasons: may be his battery has died or there is an accident or traffic jam, or the GPS signal is poor in their current area. If the location did not change after 15 minutes, please contact customer support

  • I cannot reach my driver and I have an issue?

    In the case that your courier is unreachable, please contact customer support and we will gladly assist you.

  • Payment

  • Will I be charged based on the number of items?

    No

  • Will I be charged based on the weight of the items?

    No, but no items can weigh more than 50lbs.

  • Does all the tip go to the driver?

    Yes, driver receives 100% of their tips.

  • I cancelled my order, when will I be refunded?

    A refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement depending on your bank or the credit card company you use.

  • Will I be charged if the items are not ready upon arrival of the driver?

    If no one is present at your pickup location, or the package is not ready, waiting fee will apply if the driver must wait more than 5 minutes.

  • I sent an order and the driver could not find the receiver at the drop off location?

    i. If no one is present at your pickup location, or the package is not ready at pick up, waiting fees will apply. For any delivery that has no contact at the delivery location, you must mention that NO DELIVERY CONTACT is available and must provide details on location to leave in the drop off instructions section.

    ii. If no one is present at your delivery location, the courier will wait for 10 minutes. Waiting fees will apply, and the driver will keep waiting for an additional 5 minutes maximum.

    iii. If no one is present at the delivery location and you are also unavailable, the courier will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes and then leave item in front of the main door (after taking confirmation photo). Waiting fees will apply.

    iv. If you requested “Signature upon delivery” and no one is present at the delivery location and you are also unavailable, the courier will wait for a maximum of 10 minutes and then return the item to the pickup location. Both waiting fees and return trip charges will apply.

  • How can I tip the driver?

    Through the App or in Cash whichever you prefer

    We accept all major cards Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Visa debit cards, Ali pay, Apple pay, Google pay and Interact

  • Do you accept cash on arrival?

    No – all transactions are cashless and paperless. For both security and administrative reasons, we do not accept any form of cash payments

  • Is Deleezy service available in my city?

    Deleezy service is currently available in Maple Ridge, Pitt Meadows, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, and Port moody. Pick up address must be within these cities for the order to be processed. Drop off points can be in any other city. More cities will be added soon.

  • Can I become a Deleezy driver and customer at the same time?

    Yes, you can be both a customer and a driver for Deleezy. As a customer you can use Deleezy’s convenient services and make some extra money by being a driver in your free time.

  • How many addresses can I save to my account?

    There is no limitation on the number of addresses that you can save in your account’s address book. For your ultimate convenience, once you pick an address from your address book, our smart technology will auto-populate the corresponding fields for seamless and easy ordering experience.
