Yes. You can request up to 3 drop off location in one single order. This option is particularly designed to give you more convenience and more savings in delivery fees.

There is no limitation on items. Please make sure that your items meet the following conditions:

1. None of the items is on the excluded items list.
2. None of the items weighs more than 50lbs.
3. All the Items (combined) must fit in the car.

Small items - are items that fits in the glove box of the car.
Medium items - are items that fit in the front or back seat of the car.
Large items - are items that fit in the back seat or the trunk of the car.
Extra-large - are items that fit in the back seat or the trunk of the car.

Item must not exceed more than 50lbs.

It is important to attach the copy of the purchase receipt so that it is convenient for the driver to make sure that he is picking up the correct item and to prevent any inconvenience or further fees. It can also be used as a confirmation for the store.

Yes, you can send items with no contact information for the drop off location. Simply mention that there is no contact information for the drop off location and please give instructions as to where the item should be dropped off.

Every effort and steps will be taken to contact the person at the drop off location. If the person is not reachable the driver will contact the customer who place the order, if the customer is not reachable then the item will be taken back to the customer on the customers expense.

You need to contact Customer Support to update your order to change the status to no “signature upon delivery”.

When the driver accepts the trip, you can then track your order through the Application.Every 30 seconds, the system updates the live location of the driver.

You can cancel your order any time before pickup, without any cancellation charges.

If you cancel your orderafter pickup, you may be charged depending on what stage the order was in when you cancelled. Please contact Customer Support to trace your item.

Due to COVID-19, Deleezy offers contactless pick up & drop off for the safety of our customer and drivers. Please leave your items in a visible and secure location and provide clear pick up & drop offinstructions for the driver”.

Drivers will be taking pictures of the item/parcel at the pickup and drop off locations. Pictures will be taken for the package and not the items inside it. Driver will vigilantly deliver your parcel in the same situation when it was picked. Please refrain from sending any fragile items.

When a driver delivers your item and completes your order a message will be sent to the customer who placed the order and to the person who received the item.

No. Charges are based on driving distance not on the number of items or the weight odf the items. But each item must weigh no more than 50lbs.

Yes, driver receives 100% of the tips. You can tip through the App or in Cash, whichever you prefer.

A refund usually takes 5 to 10 business days to reflect on your bank or credit card statement depending on your bank or the credit card company you use.Please contact Customer Support and we would be more than happy to help you.

If no one is present at your pickup location, or the package is not ready, waiting fee will apply if the driver waits more than 5 minutes.

If you requested “Signature upon delivery” and no one is present at the delivery location and you are also unreachable, the courier will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes and then return the item to the pick-up location. Both $5 delay charges and returning trip charges will apply.

No – all transactions are cashless and paperless. For both security and administrative reasons, we do not accept any form of cash payments (only cash tips for drivers are allowed).
